remember there is a spider that can spin a web thick enough to stop a train, and scientists have figured out how to record our dreams so we can re watch them. u probably have a couple of mongolian war lord atoms in u and a hummingbird can recall every single flower it has visited. there is so much to know and find out if we keep on living. u can do it friends :)
my mom heard the beginning of same love by macklemore and she looked at me and said “when you were 4 you sat in your room and cried for hours and when i asked you what was wrong you said “mom i think i’m black”
One of the saddest and most hil- NO BITCH, the sad thing here is the fact that you're a stripper. If you want respect, maybe you should've graduated high school. 😂😂 when did stripping become a legitimate career?
Awww, you tried so hard, but unfortunately I can’t hear you over the sound of my debt-free college degree and massive disposable income.
“Any intelligent person knows that life is a beautiful thing and that the purpose of life is to be happy,” said my father as he watched the three beauties. ‘But it seems only idiots are ever happy. How can we explain this?’”—Orhan Pamuk (via observando)
Dean Burnett: Saying publicly that Robin Williams’s suicide was a ‘selfish’ act is ignorant and potentially harmful
I know we are all mourning Robin Williams, but I want to take a moment to remind people that committing suicide is not a selfish act. Committing suicide or thinking about suicide is not “weak”, “selfish”, “taking the easy way out”, or any other variation of those.
Shaming or dismissing the suicide or suicidal thoughts of others because you don’t think its a big deal, or you think they’re faking, or because you think they just want attention, or because you’ve felt sad is heartbreaking. Would you dismiss someone with a broken leg because your foot fell asleep and it felt funny when you tried to stand?
There are some quotes from this article that I wanted to share because I think everyone should know/hear this.
"Dismissing the concerns of a genuine depression sufferer on the grounds that you’ve been miserable and got over it is like dismissing the issues faced by someone who’s has to have their arm amputated because you once had a paper cut and it didn’t bother you."
"Depression is a genuine debilitating condition, and being in a “bit of a funk” isn’t."
"If you haven’t had it [depression], you don’t have the right to dismiss those who have/do."
"And a persons lifestyle doesn’t automatically reduce their suffering. Depression doesn’t work like that. And even if it did, where’s the cut off point? Who would we consider “too successful” to be ill?"
It is really a shame that the majority of society can’t see mental illness as any other real illness. People with mental illness don’t get luxury of staying is a hospital room, with their family and friends bringing them flowers and cards that say “get well soon”. It painful, and heartbreaking; with the awkward eye contact and silent family dinners. For a lot of people the night ends with their family telling them that “they have no reason to be sad”, and then crying themselves to sleep, or worse.
Right now is a very difficult time for millions of people across the world who had a bit of Robin Williams in their heart. Whether it be from their favorite children’s film, or from his other amazing work. For you it may be very difficult to cope with the sudden loss, and I just want you all to know that you aren’t alone. If any of you need anyone to talk to my ask is always open.
There is an online crisis network, (https://www.imalive.org/), if you feel alone and need someone to help. I know it can be hard to talk about your feelings, and this is also very useful if you can’t talk on a phone. Talking really does help, I’ve used online crisis networks like the one above.
Below will be a list of suicide hotlines available. If you know of a country’s number that isn’t there please fill it in. I got all of these from a friend.

Please, please, please get help and talk to people if you are feeling suicidal. We have gone through a tragedy, loosing Robin William. But that doesn’t mean you should hurt yourself. Please stay strong to all of those who are going through a difficult time, whether it be the devastating loss of Robin Williams, or your own demons you are currently battling.
